You are pretty much right. If this was taken to court. They would look at the circumstances and they would say it was a mistake and that would be it.
If the advertiser continues to keep this price on the website then there may be a case. However, the Fair Trading Act is designed to protect from deliberately deceptive practises or practises that (significantly) negatively impact comsumers. It isnt there to penalise businesses that make legitimate mistakes.
