Anyone know a cheap way of sending CDs to USA fully tracked? NZPost informed me the cheapest cost tracked is around 50NZD for a single CD to states which is ridiculous...

I can get a fully packed tonearm to the States insured and tracked for $29 5-7day $59 3-5days with NZpost. Go in and talk to them. I'm sure a CD won't cost that much?

Which option did you use? They weighted my item and said it weights approx 200g and it costs like 50NZD tracked... (cheapest tracked option)

I think you've been told wrong by the person behind the desk. International Economy $29 and International express $59 both tracked, 1.2Kg, 450mm x 120mm x 160mm.

Isn't that for sending documents only? What do you declare it as? I tried that and the lady said you cannot send CD, it's for document only...

Merchandise is what I put on the Export Invoice and Export form. You might have a different NZ post than I do:)

Registered mail is documents only, international economy (ems) can be goods.
