Hope someone can help with this.
There's a site from I download files using Real Audio - because with a bit of tweaking I can put them on my MP3 player and that's the format they offer.
This has worked fine for some time until recently I upgraded to the latest RA. Now, the recording process goes ahead but instead of the file saving automatically to the Library, the Saving bar stops at 50 percent, freezes everything and the only way to osrt it is to reboot the computer which dumps all the data in memory. The site downloads the music data at about 1/4 the time duration of the programme.
I tried uninstalling the player and downloading a fresh copy but the problem remains. If I stop the recording just before the end, generally there is no problem but that means sitting at the computer or being there before the programme ends.
Anyone else seen this? Is it something the site would have put on to stop anyone downloading and saving? - the facility is intended for listening only, but...
