Help please- collapsed? dynavector

For some ungodly reason my dyn cart sems to have 'collapsed'. The cantilever angle rather than about 45 degrees to horizontal is now about 20!
The strange thing is, it doesnt look like the cantilever is bent but the solid bit (the coils?) its attached to looks pushed in.

Anyhow. Is there anywhere in nz that could fix/look at this?

The cantilever should end up around 20deg (+/- a few deg) to horiz when sitting on the record, with tracking force on.

Lifted off the record, it should be a bit more than that.

When/if the suspension material deteriorates or is damaged, the cantilever can 'collapse' & the cartr can end up dangerously low on the vinyl.
