so in a mountain bike mishap i have ended up with a broken wing........trying to change records using one hand is nearly impossible!
even getting the record out of its cover and onto the tt with out hand prints is mission impossible.........
i guess in this case, i wish i were set up to listen to cd's.......but i can wait:D

I feel your pain. A footie accident resulred in a fractured wrist for me a couple of years ago.
Putting on records is practically impossible!
I would hold the sleeve with my good hand and sort of let the record slip onto my hand and cast. Very difficult

sorry but no - was trying out the flat walk/bike foreshore system in new plymouth, a couple of people were walking towards me so decided to go off onto the grass to give them the right of way.........but i did not see the galv pole placed between two wooden piles that keep cars driving onto the grass....... and yer.........i did not know wtf had happened......laughing at it now.......went to council to ask them to place yellow reflective tape around all galv poles on their system!.....estimate speed on impact about 30-35kph.........no damage to bike to my surprise!!
the national is single stack, does have auto return thou..........
swmbo is at work.......and then when swmbo does turn up......its her choice!

lint free cloth glove so you can handle the vinyl without damage?
I broke my arm properly a few years back snowboarding. Try milking with a broken arm. Thats a bit challenging ( I did it though ). Made a mental note to myself over that one - its only OK to go snowboarding when I am working for someone else. When I am the boss and have to deal with the fallout, then I try not to go breaking myself!.
At least I was able to change CD's.
Actually, now it might be more difficult holding my android phone changing tracks than it was to change a CD!

Feel ya pain - a friend of mine smashed his pelvis in four places (roll over quad bike hunting) and he was a self employed builder just drawing wages - acc loved him! - had to pay another builder to finish a few jobs for him also.
Great idea for glove - sometimes the simplest idea are overlooked!!!

We are indeed Reptilian down here! It's the isolation, Darwin'sm, mutation, lack of sunshine hours, rain, agent orange secretly buried in the waterways etc, et al.
But yes, I did receive a sparkly near new Red from Newbie and I knew to wait 6 weeks before mounting said cartridge would have required medication on my part. So with a left hand and a couple of partially operable fingers I managed to get her on, facing the right way, aligned and quiet as a mouse. After indulging in a couple of records I reflected on the fact that vinyl is a bit like sex - both satisfying and a relief. However given this is a kids show, I digress no further. What I will say is the Red is surprisingly good, it gels everything together nicely.
On another note, I'd just like to remind the community who HOLDS THE RANFURLY SHIELD AT THE MOMENT. Cheers. :)
Ps: was not my wrist! , 2nd metacarpal, step fracture, sparing at Karate, let's clear that up. Thank-you.
