I spend a lot of time listening to my vinyl music in the evenings using headphones, so am considering getting a better amp for this purpose.
What are the general opinions of the Little Dot series, particularly the Mk111 ?
Also will this work as a preamp to my main amp to power speakers ?
Graham.

"Pre-Amplifier Output Impedance: 600 ohms
Pre-Amplifier Gain: 3-10x (also controlled via gain switches)
* Available in either 120VAC or 220VAC
* $194 plus $45 shipping to USA, Canada, Australia, and most of Asia"

Going on the specs it "should" be OK with most headphones. But what phones are you using? Impedance? Sensitivity?

Although low impedance, the LD should easily cope with driving them well.
Whether its a sound YOU like is of course a matter of personal choice.

You're a bit of a DIY'er so how about build your own CMOY amp for next to nothing?
